I visited the office today, wasn’t seen by Dr Gupta, because she was out of the office (never had a problem with both). The doctor that I saw was very professional. The ARNP was very rude and unprofessional, how is it that my job insurance doesn’t cover my work physical? Smh. Secondly she asked where I worked? Which location(btw this information has nothing to do with her filling out my wellness form. She also asked what is my job title! Should it matter???

This was not a great experience, It was the worst. If I try to write negative feedback it will not show up. The customer service from this Dr is the absolute worse. Kept me in rooms without telling me what to do next. Did not explain results of my diagnosis or prescription. Sent me to get unnecessary tests, probably milking insurance. Avoid this practice. Im so disappointed.

I am very satisfied with the attention and care provided by both doctors. The entire staff is attentive and cares about the patients. The convenience and accessibility of going to that office makes it much easier for any patient going there. I highly recommend and will refer them to all.
